Your agreement with EL CASTILLO HOME is governed by the following TERMS and CONDITIONS so as to ensure that your stay is top.
YOUR RESERVATION:
Reserving with EL CASTILLO HOME is easy.
Please fill in the form which corresponds to the property you have selected. Within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation of receipt together with instructions on how to pay.To confirm the reservation a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your rent must be made. The remaining 50% may be deposited at any time up to 7 days prior to your arrival. You may pay by credit card or bank transfer.
DEPOSIT/GUARANTEE:
Prior to your occupying the property at the moment of handing over the keys the amount indicated as DEPOSIT/GUARANTEE will be blocked on your credit card. This amount may be seen in the conditions for your chosen property.
Should you not have or not wish to use a credit card the deposit may be made in cash.
This deposit will be returned at the end of your stay once the property has been inspected and no loss or damage found. The property must be left as found. Should the deposit have been paid by credit card the amount will be unblocked within 24 hours of your leaving. In the case of cash payment, this will be returned by bank transfer within 15 days of your departure. The transfer will be made to the account of the person making the reservation .Please provide us with the number of a bank account and the IBAN code.
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE Times:
We realise that you would like to occupy your top holiday property as soon as possible.
Please note the times of entry and departure.
ENTRY .Your property will be available from 15.00h on the day of arrival and the DEPARTURE must be before 11.00h on the final day.
Please notify us of your travel times so that we may coordinate our cleaning team and where possible adapt to your plans.
We reserve the right to withhold an amount from the deposit should you not vacate the property at the time indicated as this will cause inconvenience to the following guest.
The property should be left as found, free of your belongings and with no elements of the inventory missing or damaged. The inventory may be found in the property. No extension to the stay is permitted unless there is written agreement between the parties to the agreement.
RECEPTION:
Where possible we will receive you personally and give you our top recommendations for your stay.
However, should this not be possible we will provide you with instructions on how to make an auto/self check in and we will call by and visit you at a time convenient to you.
All check ins made after 21.00h will be self check ins.
CANCELLATIONS:
Nobody wants to cancel their holidays, however you may have no other choice. Here are the conditions applicable in such cases.
Maintenance and general terms of use of the property.
You wish to have your dream holiday but there are rules to follow such as treating the property as if it were your home.
The tenant will be personally and directly liable for all damage and loss caused to the property freeing EL CASTILLO HOME of any liability. This including but not limited to damage ,loss and injury caused to persons when using the services or installations of the property rented.

Your personal belongings.
No alterations or work may be carried out on the property ,including drilling or making holes in the walls.
When booking you reserve for a specified number of persons. This number must not be exceeded
Making copies of the keys is strictly forbidden.
A no smoking policy applies to all our properties This must be abided by. If you must smoke please do so outside.
At present company policy on pets is no admission. We are looking at possible future options in some properties.
As we must respect the other guests loud celebrations and parties are forbidden. Should this occur we reserve the right to inspect the property.
In case of breakdowns of equipment or problems with the general facilities we ask you to inform us as soon as possible so that the problem may be solved.
Should any such occurrence be imputable to the tenant the cost of repair will be deducted from the deposit.
In those properties with internet EL CASTILLO HOME cannot be held responsible for technical problems. Nevertheless we will always do what is within our reach to solve the problem.
CLEANING, BEDDING AND TOWELS:
Top cleanliness is one of our principal virtues.
The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival,the beds will be made and a set of twels for each guest will be placed on your bed.
If the reservation is for more than ten days, the towels and bed linen will be changed every 7 days. The cleaning service will clean all general areas and bathrooms.This service is included in the price paid.
We can offer further service of changes of bed linen and domestic service if required.Please ask us for a quote.
Rubbish. We do not have a refuse disposal service .Please use the containers located nearest to your property to deposit the bags of rubbish, according to the colour codes.
Each property requires a certain time for cleaning in order to leave it ready for the next client. If due to an extreme state of untidiness or accumulated refuse we require more time to carry out the cleaning work we reserve the right to retain the extra cost from the deposit made.
